Shahnawaz (Pvt.) Limited, a high emphasis is given to
the Technical Support. For this, well-equipped workshops
have been setup at Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Peshawar
and Quetta. These service centers provide prompt
services even at the remote installations throughout
Pakistan. At each of our offices a complete inventory of
spare parts and consumables is stocked to cater to any
eventuality. Our well trained and experienced engineers
react within very short time upon receiving a call from
customer site. The initial diagnostic of the problem is
conducted on the phone and necessary action is taken
immediately to resolve the matter including dispatch of
engineers with required spare parts and, in certain
cases, even a backup system with 2 to 4 hours.
Being
the part of IT Division, Customer Support Group (CSG)
provides pre and post sales support as well as
maintenance services to different computer products. We
are specially focused on providing complete solution
with network support and services. These services
include both PC based LAN systems and mini computers
server based systems.
Our
support services, with which we hope to capture market
share will include such services like installation
services, after sale support, upgrade offers, network
configuration services, maintenance contracts of PC’s
and servers (both branded and unbranded) and counter
sale of the parts. CSG will aggressively pursue new
opportunities. We focus on local markets including
private, public and govt. sectors.
